The Pleasanteers stay very active with monthly trips scheduled. Typically this group will gather up, and head out on the town together. They love sharing meals together and they love being able to go sightseeing. The groups schedules their events well in advance to give folks plenty of notice, so keep an eye out on the website and in the bulletin for trips and activities. These trips usually take place in the evenings.

This group of Seniors loves to take day trips. Some folks just enjoy being able to enjoy the trips to places and events that occur during the day, so this works well for the Ridge Rovers. They schedule events well in advance and publicize those trips in the bulletin and on the website. The Ridge Rovers typically have a Bible Study throughout each month and then plan their trips during their Bible Study gatherings.

The senior adults enjoy learning more about the Lord as they study God’s Word together. This group meets weekly and they enjoy the in-depth studies offered by our Ministerial Staff. The studies are interactive and the  folks love being able to share in this time of discovering new truths about God’s beautifully designed creation and how the Lord can use each of us to share the Good News of Jesus Christ.

Sometimes it’s great just to fellowship and enjoy a meal together at the church. Pleasant Ridge is blessed to offer something special for our Single Senior Adults. Typically, this group will gather one Saturday of each month to share a meal that has been prepared for them and then they can enjoy special activities and guest speakers. The Single Senior Ministry is open to our entire community, and these gathering are a great way to socialize and have fun together. Advance notice of these gatherings is publicized through the website and bulletin.
